In Fuengirola, the average price of homes for sale was 3,232 euros/m2, and in Marbella it reached 4,510 euros/m2

As for rentals, the average price ranged from 12.7 euros/m2 to 16.2 euros/m2 in these municipalities, offering a wide range of options for those looking to settle on the Costa del Sol.
